Australia has a special program that you can pay $40K to enter into the express program to get it done in 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years where regular apps have a loooooooonnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggg waiting period. Based on the situation in Canada, I don't think those political parties would do that.
