We have very similar timelines, I have applied for GCMS notes and also sent a webform for an update. Please keep us posted and I will let you know if any updates as well.

So they never confirmed they received the file. Should you resend it ?

You should definitely raise a webform and order GCMS notes. Also, try calling them.

Hi all, anyone here with their file in NDVO ? It’s been a couple months and no updates after medical passed. I looked at the July applicant spreadsheet and looks like they all got their Pre arrivals back in mid January. Does anyone from NDVO has a pre arrival yet ?

I have the same issue, not sure what to do. I know in the forms they can’t leave the last or surname empty so they put the given name in surname or last name on the forms but I tried all the options and it still doesn’t work. Let me know if you find anything !!

i am not able to create the account as in my passport I do not have a given name. Tried using FNU etc..but not working. Anyone suggestions ?

Agreed ! did you raise the webform etc again ? Put signed forms, all the other required docs again in the package ?

Hi there, I submitted 3 passports as well but only getting 1 package back. It is in a city nearby since yesterday as per the tracking but is delayed. All three Passports received by IRCC: 20th Jan One package (decision envelope) dispatched: 31st Jan. Is your timeline similar ?

yes, I received an email that it has been shipped from vfs using the courier partner. I haven’t received the package yet but the tracking id is the one assigned to my mother’s package when it was received.
