If you applied using the new passport then you send only the new passport. if you applied with the old passport and now you have a different passport then i guess you need to inform CIC of the change and senior members can give you better direction.

Dude you absolutely do not need a consultant for this.... Your consultant is shady, try to get ride for them or keep a close watch on what, how and when they submit any information to CIC.
