I am not sure how you can update your address in BOWP application. But the other options is to visit Canada Post and set up mail forwarding to your new address.

You can upload it without signing. Once you upload the forms, the system will ask for a digital signature. Its just a page where in you have to confirm that you are providing correct information. Hope this helps.
