M.Prasla Has your dependent received her RFV email and form. Has she submitted her passport? I want to believe that she should have sent her passport by now. Like I said, don't worry yourself, she will definitely receive her immigrant visa. Wish u luck

Hi M.Prasla Pls check my communication with Luckychamp on this issue and in this thread. I wrote a very specific procedure that i employed concerning the issue of my dependents passports as they do not reside in Canada with me. Pls check pg 278 -279 of this thread. Thanks

Hi Spicey, No they do not accept affidavit. U have to get NPC birth certificate. U can get it from any National Population Commision. Hope this helps.

LC, U need to specify ur own details first as outlined in d auto email. Then u can then list d details of ur dependants.

Hi, Just email them explaining that ur dependants doesn't live with u in CA. Let them know d country she lives n d nearest visa office. They will then send u another form that she will submit with her passport. I have 3 dependants n that's what I did, they responded to me by noon. Stay blessed.
