    US B2 visa application

Thank you for your response! Oh I'm only bringing my husband's Canadian passport as one of my proofs for Canadian ties. My husband will have it renewed for sure before we travel, it's just not gonna make it in time before my interview. Do you have any idea what they might ask or look for...

Hello! i hope someone can help me... I am PR holder in Canada, and I just applied for a US B2 visa. I have a few questions: - can I bring my husband's expired Canadian passport (he doesn't have time to renew it before my interview), and his citizenship card? - I don't exactly have a place to...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

Check your email once in a while. I got an email regarding my landing interview schedule two weeks after I got the "decision made" email. As for the PR card, they said it will be sent in 8-10 weeks after the landing interview :) I'm not sure with Montreal, but they will sure tell you about it...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

You will be given a Confirmation of Permanent Residence if you pass the interview (which I guess is mostly the case), and a new SIN if you don't have one yet. No need to go to the border, it's a CIC office nearest to your area.

Thanks Sophieee! About to have my medical this week, never been to a doctor since I came to Canada. My body's been under so many adjustments with the weather and just the environment in general, so I hope I'm not sick of anything I'm not aware of :)

Lucky you. I am only working part-time so I didn't bother trying to get an OHIP thinking my application will just be declined.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

Thanks screech339! I only work part time and started only a few months ago so I didn't bother trying to get an OHIP. I wanted to wait for at least an AIP if it's true I can finally apply for OHIP with it, and ask you guys for confirmation if I can indeed get one.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

Hello everyone. I hope one of you can help me. I just got an email for a medical request, as well as SA and AIP. Can I now apply for OHIP? Hello, has anyone travelled to a non-visa exempt country with just their OWP, but no AIP yet? And was able to enter Canada without any hassle? What documents should one bring? Many thanks!
