If everything goes fine with medicals then it will be minimum 7days or max 30days according to the trend going on.

One country one PCC,if you have finished your medicals and sent your pcc earlier then they wont ask you for one again

Now onlything you can do is wait for the reply from vo,donot send any unneccessary queries which might delay your process.They might issue you ppr as it is early pregnency.

In most of the cases almost all i know they hold the file till the birth of the child,but again its upto the discretion of the vo what he thinks,but if you know just recently why you have informed this early,as far to my sense it was not necessary as yours already third line updated and in ppr...

According to me if you had your medicals done before expecting then it would have been fine,it was not neccessary for you to inform because this will only delay the visa because i think they will not gonna issue visa unless you have your baby born and have her/his passport made stamped and then...

I mean to say if we send mail today then they might not look at it on the sameday and if they send the command to the mail section to issue PPR then the mailing department will issue ppr,and later if they look at the mail as said by vo that we will get a reply in 28 days for any query you know...
