Hello, On the website, I see that they ask only the documents from child or grand child as proof of income, T4, etc but I don’t see they ask documents to prouve parents ties to home country. Why don’t they ask these documents? They are very importants to make the decision, right?

They don't have enough time to make the transfer now. My question is: do they need to fill the form to inform the officer that they will do the transfer next year? And do they show the officer all the proofs when landing?

I'm also the one who got charged by CIC. My package was delivered by Canada Post on Jan 5th but I don't know what time it was delivered. The online is still now showing 'out for delivery' by 11:00 AM. So I think it was delivered around 1:00 PM.

Same issue here. Mine is ''out for delivery'' forever but Canadapost assured that it's delivered in the mail room. I think even there's no signature but it doesn`t mean it's not accepted because there is also option to deliver by ''drop off''. CIC will collect all applications that arrived that day.
