Yes, Go and visit your nearest VFS office; they might accept your documents but they are not sure if the Canadian High commision in your local country would accept it or not. If it doesnt accpet then you should be getting your passports back in a week. Anyhow give a try .. I did the same...

Thanks .. got clarified now.. Guys.. when u r staying in a country other than ur country of citizenship then u can request the visa office which had processed ur file to carry out the VISA stamping (COPR) by sending them ur passport with return postage paid. Mine is warsaw and i should be...

lol i'm sbasha4 (dec applicant) and single .. not sure if being single speeds up the whole process but i guess there might be mny other factors which were are not aware of..
