I just received an e-mail from CIC confirming that they received my application for PR Card June 14, 2016 (date when I landed). Did anyone else also receive this e-mail? How soon after can I expect it in the mail?

Did you apply for GCMS notes to see what the delay may possibly be? If you are in Canada you may contact your local MP to see the current status in your application. Be proactive with your file, don't just sit around wondering. You have been waiting far too long. All the best.

I got PPR on June 2nd. On June 4th Ecas status changed to decision made. My return tracker was activated (after status changed) on Monday June 13th. I landed at Emerson today at 7pm. My ecas still says decision made.

Contact the closest Chinese consulate to you. They should be able to provide better guidance in obtaining the police certificate.

Check your junk mail or lawyer, if you used one. If nothing, then I would call CIC to ask them what the decision is and if any additional correspondence was sent to you, that is PPR. All the best!

The photographer at Walmart stamped both pictures even though I asked her to do only one. I sent them to Ottawa just the same but wrote my name and date of birth on only one. At this point this is the least of our worries.

Yes, RPRF request is usually sent after medical request.

Did you already pay RPRF? If not, that could have been the correspondence they are referring to. Check your junk mail or lawyer if you used one. And yes, it is possible to get additional documents request after Medical. Good luck
