No it doesnt...you need to check the site :http://www.cic.gc.ca/citcer/search-recherche-eng.aspx to see if your ceremony is public or not. There is no information as yet for November 9th.

The wait is finally over!!! got my pink letter (although it's white) today...Oath is on November 9th- ecas not updated. I am so happy and relieved. Best of luck to all that's still waiting my prayers are still with you.

Pls share timeline , decision made over 2 months (Aug 14) , no oath yet , anyone in the same boat , Mississauga office or other offices .

My decision was made on Aug 14th still no oath but I am being patient :)

That is correct as a PR you can also apply to get a Nexus card
