Guys I need you help. On ECAS it shows that on November 4 they sent me the oath letter for November 24. It is almost November 12 and I still didn't get the letter by mail. What to do if I don't get the letter? did anyone go to the oath without the letter?

The Montreal office has become SUPER fast. less than 6 month from submission to Oath, and about 10 weeks from start of process to sending the oath invite. WOW. Best of luck to everyone else.

yes, that would be extremely helpful if someone can filter the January-June 2015 trackers for Montreal applicants and put it in a new tracker. Lets keep this thread active, as after the In Process stage it will all depend on the local office.

I think in about 2-3 weeks we should start seeing people get test invites from offices other than Vancouver. Btw, I really really really would like to know a detail breakdown of the statistics of the citizenship applications with CIC. the last detailed breakdown they had was until December 2014.

I checked my ecas and it now says "In process" since August 20. ;D

I agree with Chikloo, the sheet could use some cleanup. AOR estimates are no longer needed, I also noticed that on some other sheets they remove some inactive members to give a better indication of the overall process. I am expecting the Sep-Nov period to see a lot of activity.

Maybe it was me, I didn't think we were able to edit the sheet :P . Thanks, and hopefully all the others waiting will get AOR so that we can start getting IP and File transfers ;D, although it seems now that some are getting Test invites just after IP, without needing to have a file transfer.
