mishati maybe is in Canada now. If I am not wrong he received PPRs somewhere in November or earlier. The process is very specific didiivanio, I am sure we will receive PPRs sooner in March :)

There is also an Oct applicant with visa issued :) The processing of each applicant is specific, but yes it depends on the medical exam.

Til now it never happened with a fsw applicant but in case with quebec applicants it happens that they require a new PCC. Did you raise a CSE? What is the reason of such a delay? You have to ask them!
