A bank account in their name helps in some cases but is not necessary. Since you are applying for a Super Visa for your parents and you are their sponsor, all you need to show is your financial standing (T4s, NOA, Payslips, bank account statements, etc) and not theirs.

I'd say just download all te pdf files separately and merge them using some tool, there are several free pdf merge tools available online, thats what I did. Not sure if screenshots pasted on word doc will be enough.

You can download the PDF version of the NOA under the "View Mail" page of your CRA my account (or) Click on "Print" at the bottom of the NOA page, it opens up the print dialog box there you should see an option to save the page as pdf.
