My ECAS status changed to DM without third line update. We did our medical tests on 28 July and were uploaded by doctor on 05th August. Additional tests were done by doctor on same day and mostly fine. I am so worried. Does this mean a rejection. Please help.

There is no difference in GCMS notes. These are provided by CIC and not the consultant. They just forward the one received from CIC.

You can use affidavit on stamp paper from your brother. If he withdrew this money from his account, attach his bank statement too. For prize bonds, ask the buyer to give a receipt / affidavit too. This is what I think will help. But do check with others too and from VO.
