Hi Akshay, its good to know that you received your PER already. Currently their process is fast but still in my opinion you can expect your MR by end of March only. Hope for the best if luck favors then it can be mid March but not before that. It takes atleast 60 days.

Dear Friend, it takes around 60 to 90 days to get file number and another 60 to 90 days to get 2nd line update and around 15 to 45 days to get medical letter. so you need to be patient. When you are in queue than you will get your turn. Be positive
