My wife is an Ottawa applicant. Application sent in October, 2019; AOR January, 2020; Test Invite June, 2021. So there is movement, but ever so slowly.

Finally, after over two long years, a rejection and successful appeal, my wife finally picked up her COPR today in Warsaw and will be joining me in Canada on 24 March. The system does work. YAY!!!

When you get your PR application approved, and you come from a visa exempt country, do they send your documents by e-mail or by regular mail in order to flagpole? I don't really know what happens after an application is approved. Thanks for all your help, guys.

Update: I provided a letter to CIC early last week outlining our gaps in time and found out that, as of yesterday, we are "In Process." So...can anybody give me their best guess on whether that means approved or denied???

So distraught! Just got an e-mail from Warsaw VO advising that they don't believe that I have one year continuous living with my common-law spouse. I know where I made my mistake in the application, too. On the Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire, where it asks for periods of cohabitation...

Great news!!! I just got off the phone with CIC and it seems that they sent me a letter (ugh!) instead of an e-mail for my SA on 11 March. Now on to the next phase!!! :D

Congrats to everybody whose file is progressing! I'm happy for you. I received my AOR on 4 March, but I still don't have SA. Should I be concerned??? :o
