When you enter the UCI, did you try without the dash in the middle (-)?

The first time I tried I could not get through. The second time worked. The second time I called was in the afternoon just before 4pm Eastern time. The options that I press was number 1. I think I used number 1 multiple times.

I just called IRCC and they said its an error on their end. There is no additional information that I need to send. Also, my ceremony is on November 1st and the agent said that I should be receiving the invitation email around October 24th or 25th. All good :)

i just got an update again. It says that I am schedule to take the oath on November 1st, however, I have not received the invitation yet to my email. Is this normal? Should I wait a few days before requesting the invitation letter?
