@tsrikant I think they are talking about "livescan" - you don't need that. You need to call up UPS or Postal Annex or any notary service folks, ask them where you can get your fingerprints taken manually on the FD-258 card. Call your local police station also for prints on this card. I got mine...

Do we need send a pre-paid envelope along with fingerprint card to the FBI? The application form asks about "Return Main Options" but the checklist doesn't say anything. Please suggest.
