Hello guys, I am based in Saudi Arabia and travelling to Pakistan for the summer. I have to apply for a PRTD(Permanent Resident Travel Document) to enter Canada. Can I apply for PRTD from Pakistan instead? Or would that be a problem. Please guide. Thanks.

One more point to be noted. My above post is for those people who cannot find a professional fingerprinting service or a decent police station where officers are very careful in taking the fingerprints. In my case I couldn't so I had to do all myself based on the above mentioned quote.
