Hi I called CIC again. The agent was so polite and patient. He told me I cant do any action and you should send Sydney them a letter. They might have returned your application. the bottom-line they cant do any thing and I should contact Sydney office. Help please

I submitted my application August. I called CIC two times on December. The first agent was rude and told me send a new application. The second one was polite and told me be patient. It might be returned because of missing documents or might still working on it. I don't really now what to do. But...
