Yes, they returned my application second time saying Picture is not in the correct format now I have sent paper application

I recommend sending a paper application My application was returned twice due to photo issues

The same issue I had my application was returned reason was incomplete I went over my application multiple times and could not find anything missing then resubmitted my app on 25 March and so far nothing not sure what to do thinking of sending a paper application
