I sent my COPR about 3 weeks ago I received the final PR forms on the 28th. You don't receive a card as such you just get the documentation stating the dates that the COPR is valid for that you have to present together with your passport when you land in Canada.

Mine was three weeks. Received mine today!

On the Generic application form All addresses are in Canada. We just used the address where she will be living till I get over there. On other forms it was stated that I was finishing a contract here in Australia.
