appointment for PR status
You need to call them and set another appointment I guess because once you got your PR you have to wait until they mail your PR card you wont be able to travel without PR card- Pierce

Canadian Visa for a newborn
My daughter is having a baby before end of this year Their visa is on the process and i just got my PR last month How can she bring the baby here if their visa comes out by January?- Pierce
