Tathy Did you call direct to CIC number? Whicj time are you calling? Because everytime I try they say they are always full o f phone calls and cannot handle that...

Guys, CIC charged my credit card on February 4th and I didn´t received my PER yet. I tried to phone to CIC but I couldn´t talk to anybody there. What is the correct sequence to talk to an agent to check this? Do you know? Best,
