Unfortunately, that's not the case. When they received/accepted your application, they have no idea whether your job is in NOC B, thus they won't make the decision whether to refuse or not. So they will receive all the applications, and return the left ones once the cap is reached. Another...

That's possible, but don't expect it. Especially for applicants who submitted their application in Nov and Dec, please try your best to prepare for EE.(I'm one of them)

I would say applications received by CIC after OCT 24, no, they won't be accepted. Though, this is just we can see from this email.

I think as long as roles/duties are given in reference letter, that's fine. Do we need to put it in employment letter as well?

Thanks for you reply. Unfortunately I couldn't wait, we all know EE would start from January 1st. I started working on Dec. 17th, 2013 and I submitted my application on Dec. 23th, 2014. Sorry to bother you, but how about this, if there are two weeks of 24 hours working, will CIC just ignore them...

Our company's policy is, new employees(not permanent) don't get statutory payment in their first month of work, so I didn't get Christmas payment for 2013, which means I just worked 24 hours and just got 24 hours pay. Should that week still be counted as a not-full-week?

If it should always be longer than 30 hours, how about the week around Christmas? We had a two-day off, and just worked for 3*8=24 hours, was this a full-time week then?
