Anyone who delivered after 15 DEC has been charged with NOC 2172? if there are some cases, can it mean that even 2172 has been capped, those 15 DEC are safe?

i was received in 15th Dec with DD, i checked with my bank, the status hasn't changed. generally, i know that the DD is late than CC, but how long the lateness will be? 3 or 4 days? any guys of 15th or late with DD has been charged?
