HI Vinubaby777, How do you calculate the date on which caps reached 100% v/s date on which application sent. ??????? I think if your application reached before capping . then you are in .. but if your application reached after 100% cap then you are out definitely Thanks Chanu888

How can you say that game is over, i am from 2171 noc code i app received on 9th oct. at that time cap was just 354 it came to 1000 on 28 Nov. so no one is out of game unless you heared anything from CIC..
