Hi all.i got selected thru pgp draw.but unfortunately i misubderstood about income requirements.my income is as follows I came in 2018 dec so =zero income 2019= 44000$ 2020= 54000$. I am single..please suggest should i send my application or not as they says no refund if m not eligible
