Did my Landing on Jan 15 2016 and have not yet received my PR Card. Exhausted of waiting, and when I call they just say they don't know what happened and they have already submitted a complaint, so I have to wait 3 months more. >:( >:( >:( Any feedback?

Hey MG84 I withdraw my old profile yesterday. Recreated my profile and got the OOPNP today, You have to be careful and patience because the system works slow and takes time after you withdraw your current profile. Make sure you deactivate your job bank account as well and create a new one once...

For me it did the exact opposite, got an email that said I had a message in MyCIC account, went in and no message.... (yet, I hope)
