Hi, is it normal for the IRCC to process the PR application of family members at different times (My wife and son applied together)? Application delivered on 18 May, wife got AOR in mid Sept and PR card on last week of Sept. But, no AOR or information is provided for my son.

Hi, If your card is under process, I do not think you need to submit the inquiry. In the Web form (its online inquiry link available on IRCC website), you can submit the inquiry and seek the information regarding your application.

Hi, I submitted the web form and today received the information that my urgent PR card renewal application is accepted and card is mailed on 16 August. Although, I did not receive the AOR, my online status shows the status complete. I hope, I will get the PR card soon. Thanks for your response...

Thanks for the reply. I will inquire. I applied in normal processing on 18 May but then resubmitted the application due to urgent renewal on 24th July. If they reject, any idea if they will consider the previous application or recently submitted ?

Congrats Sreenath! It's quite fast in your case. I applied for urgent processing of the PR card, but still waiting. Do we need the employer letter specifically addressed to the IRCC or a general statement describing the position and place of work, can work? Thanks

Hi, Do they send AOR by email? I applied urgent processing on July 24, application delivered on 27 July. But not heard back. I was assuming they might take two to three weeks to send AOR, but seems in your case and some other cases it is quite fast.
