As you clearly mentioned , I may not get an ITA from Canada CIC but if I get a job in Canada, will I get an ITA then? Does any kind of certification in NOC code substitude the requirement of relevant education? PS: I work for a reputed MNC that has strong presence world-wide including Canada.
