You can submit a request through webform. It is mentioned on CIC's website. You need to submit proof for your urgency and only certain criteria are covered.

At least hopefully it won't take 3 years for them to process your application like it did for me in 2015.

I need to contact them to reschedule the oath. My mom needs to travel, and her PR card will expire before she comes back ... really hoping I don't have to submit a PR Renewal for her. Can't get through IRCC contact form or phone line due to the situation in Afganistan. thanks

So they don't need a COPR. Just checked in the required documents for oath and PR card is sufficient. When I took my oath we needed to have our landing document as well. Thanks anyway!

Folks, My parents landed in Calgary yesterday. The officer provided them with a form called confirmation of permanent residency. But not form called "Proof of landing". Is that how it is supposed to be? Or were they supposed to get proof of landing as well? thanks
