We both timeline looks exactly same, from AOR1, AOR 2... Whats your status says in ecas and gc key?

Looks like only me and few other October 2016 applicants were left! What actually worrying is no sort of changes on ecas or my cic for almost last 6 months!

Well, looks like they are testing patience on october applicants! NDVO must have an open workflow status, this old school kind a method wont work anymore..

I am October 14th Applicant, still no bgc started!

The recent email we got from NDVO is an indication of file processing optimization(they recently committed to process files within 12 months, and some cases earlier than that). Once the September applications processed we might started to see PPR's on october file as early as april last week...

Tracker Activated. Very Happy To Receive It Before My Flights @ 6.

I think CIC send back passports according to PPR request dates, So far everyone before Nov 12th got their PP back. I am still waiting for mine. :)
