I asked my wife's parents to get their marriage certificate done. They are in Chandigarh and most of the process is online. They say it take around a month to get.

Father's passport was delivered to CIC Delhi on October 07 Mother's passport was delivered to CIC Delhi on October 08 Father's passport stamped and received back home on October 14 Mother's passport stamped on October 18 (updated on portal). Yet to be shipped by CIC Delhi. Hope to get it back...

Where on CIC do you get these updates.

How can I know if they were delivered to Delhi? Mine were delivered to VFS in Jallandhar looks like.

If you have received a letter from CIC then get the medical done

Everything is normal at NDVO. I would advise sending a webform inquiry. When did your file reach CIC? Are you a June or May 2019 applicant.
