Years of work experience in NOC but uni degree doesnt match?

There a few posts on this topic, mixed opinions. The job duties match 60 to 80% of the NOC selected but the degree is not in administration as specified by the NOC search page.

Applying for EE, should we apply for OINP?

Thanks GOTODXB, Aha, cause I'm quite familiar with the EE but not the OINP. We were gonna pick Ontario as a province of interest anyway, so thats all we gotta do? If we are eligible they will let us know through the NOI. If thats the case that simplifies matter a lot. Wasn't sure how to make...

Applying for EE, should we apply for OINP?

I see. EE is a must so we are going for that, isn't there a chance that Ontario nominates you as a PNP while in the EE pool? Say you apply to both, you get the ITA first can't you just go ahead with that and forget about the OINP? Thanks,

Applying for EE, should we apply for OINP?

We have all the requirements for the OINP as far as I can tell. Besides the $1500 extra expense is there any disadvantage? We prefer Toronto anyway.

Expired PR, should I re-apply as Skilled worker?

Namaste, Yes that is an option. Just 2 issues with it after I thought about it myself initially as well: 1 - The FSW window is closing fast and I have to submit in a few weeks tops or forget it 2 - Yes, they will reject the renewal and close end my PR status, but that also removes any chance...

Expired PR, should I re-apply as Skilled worker?

Scyla, That would be the idea approach, but unfortunately it will take time for me to apply for the US visa and the window for the FSW application submission is getting smaller day by day. Is there a chance they will turn me back at the border or I will be let back into Canada? If in I can...

Namaste, Im living in Dubai. No I didnt live back in Canada for 2 years out of 5.
