Hi, No apparently they see my application as incomplete and did not even make it to to the 67 points part.That is why they are refunding my fees. They did not acknolwedge any of my translating experience.

OK. So the whole file has been returned. August 5 applicant. NOC 5125. CC charged Nov 15th. My Ecas was in process from Nov 26th - this is the day when most Aug5th got their PERs. Suddenly Dec 11th, my ECAS disappeared. (Yes. it does happen!) I am grateful that I received by package back...
