I am guessing its the body of the letter and then you might get a copy in MyCIC I am expecting mine tomorrow . I can better answer you question then.

Most likely , You can land and get your basic papers , then leave Canada within a week till your PR card is issued to the address you give to them . You will have to have that PR card sent by a friend or someone to you because you cant get back into Canada without it.
