Hello all, just to inform you guys that I completed my landing yesterday by land at st bernard de lacolle border. Drove to the US border and made a u turn to the Canadian border post after seeing the US immigration. Wish everyone still expecting the best of luck.

Guys let me share my experience. After my ecas showed "medical results have been received" my address disappeared two weeks ago. I received my PR Sept. 1st. It seems there is a correlation between both events especially when ecas is indicating "medical results have been received". Good luck all.

Guys the long expected email came this morning from Buffalo. Passport request & RPRF. I am so happy.

Clement007, it seems this is a transfer to LA. I know you can write in english, pls always try to communicate in enlish if you can for the benefit of those that dont understand french. At times using internet translation doesn't make sense hence difficult to understand. Anyway it is wcikkk & me...

My address is back too but nothing new.

There is no nothing new except that Buffalo informed me not to send my passport unless requested. So the waiting continues. Ae03yy thank you for your concern. Hope u hear something soon. Goodluck to those of us waiting.

tisu09, this seems to be good news. When did you send the email? I sent email to them on friday but am yet to get a reply. Anyway, the waiting is almost over for you.

Based on your suggestion, l sent email asking if l can send my RPRF along with my passport. Since l havn't paid the Fee, l guess it is a legitimate enquiry.

I dont think email will make any difference, however, u can send it asking for update. It is most likely that they will send the standard response. I got a response on monday that my file is in process & cannot provide me a definite date when my application will be finalized. Dont worry too...

tisu09 when u log in to ecas can u see ur address? Mine is still missing.

Hi Guys, my address has been missing from ecas since yesterday. Like others have said there is no concrete evidence about the meaning of address dissappering from ecas. Fingers crossed! Goodluck to us all.

Guys ecas is showing medical results received. In the past this message is a sign that pr is within few weeks away but not anymore.

I sent email to Buffalo on friday to get an update on my application. I received the standard response today. "Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete. Regards"

Congratulation fallsage, did you get the message by regular mail or email?

Guys nothing new to report. I am still patiently waiting.

Guys l understand the fustration. I sent my application 10th of August, 2010 and am tired of sending mails to Buffalo. Each time l send mail it comes with the standard response of "your file is in queue for a review". I know we are all close but it seems there is nothing we can do.
