Hi, NOC 4011 App. Received - 28th Aug DD Encashed - 29th Nov as per bank. When will I get the PER mail .. I am unable to understand why it is getting delayed.. Seniors please suggest when can expect the PER mail, already 16 days since the DD encashment.... Plzzz help.... :(

It was Oriental Bank of Commerce, Noida DD ...no validity mentioned on the DD.

NOC - 4011 App Received - 28th Aug 14 DD Date - 14th Aug Bank - OBC No update on the PER & my DD is also not encashed. DD has no validity mentioned, is it still valid. Please help me!
