    I think you will just receive email "Ready for Visa" and you will need to send your passport with return envelope with a copy for the email. Don't think they will ask proof of funds.

    First I dont think, being diabetics is an issue for immigration as it is very common and medicine is well develodeveloped. second, since you spend early years of your stay in QUEBEC it is natuaral to have family doctor from there. Should not be problem. As you are still student in quebec ??

    Your question is confusing... Did you already applied for FSW under PHD scheme ? In order to land in Quebec you need to have CSQ/PEQ anyways.
