Pakistani_Funter italian passport holder just require an eTA to travel to Canada. Why are you saying they do need a VISA?

VNC007, the email doesn't talk about MyCIC account and there's no room in MyCIC account to upload a photocopy of the passport, which btw they already have, as part of the e-application. So I'm guessing I have to use the courier. Am I right?
