Through BLS and ask them to remove all the extra services that you don't need. BLS is acting as a sales and marketing agent for Purolator. Check the amount before you pay and only for pick up (and drop off if you want)

I put all my 4 applications in one A4 size envelope, which again Purolator guy put in the envelope he brought. The application forms need to be separately clipped/ pinned with respective documents as per checklist.

I checked with them and they said yes you can send multiple applications together but as they are processed separately, they would be delivered in separate couriers. I did similar for two passport renewal. Call them once to confirm.

This is strange as nothing was mentioned on their website. Also, reg. plurolator service it says - optional.. I would have tried calling their number several times, no one picks up and it gets disconnected.

I don't think you have understood the Canada Human Rights Act properly then. It prohibits employer to ask for Canadian experience when he has relevant international experience OR put any such condition that discriminates PRs/ newcomers to other Canadians/ Citizens/ PRs having 3 years or more...
