I got my new oath ceremony date today. It is rescheduled for June 16th, 2015. I sent rescehduling request via fax and mail and it worked. Based on CIC, as long as you provide a reason for not attending the ceremony, they will reschedule you. Cheers,

1-3 months delay is okay for me. I dont want to see my application been cancelled by CIC.
