andyb2404 - just to manage your expectations. I sent all my updated info, photos etc. to Ottawa and it was received on 26th Feb and I am still waiting on the letter to be sent out. I'm hoping I will receive mine this week, so yours will potentially still be another couple of weeks after that??

It was processed in Mississauga, but this email is letterheaded from the London office. It says send all the info to a)London, or b) if in Canada for 3 months, Ottowa I'm leaning towards sending it to London to keep it simple
