CEC focused on EE not on us. So Pathetic. People who got AoR in Jan 2016 got PPRs where as we are still struggling. This is tuo much.

This can never be true. They wont take your application itself if it's reached the cap and generate the AoR. That's the first step of the process it only depends on the intake capacity not how many got PRs. Also how can they ask for MR and RPRF fees. Don't worry about that fact, this is 100% a...
