If you have paid CAN$1400, that means you have not paid for RPRF. The amount which you paid was CAN$550+550+150+150=CAN$1,400 for evaluating your application. For RPRF, you need to pay CAN$490 each for you and your wife. Pay as soon as possible as per the instructions.
