I called CIC yesterday as well and yes, they are continuing to process citizenship applications. Overall they will be a delay for citizenship tests and ceremonies but all background processes are working currently.

IRCC is putting a pause on citizenship tests, ceremonies etc.

Looks like we have a lot in common for our application... let's keep in touch.

What happens when an application is returned and need resubmission. Do you have to pay full application fee?

Was anybody else's application received by DK?
