Yeah it all depends when they will be giving us appointment because for DNA testing they have to go to Delhi and then the samples are checked here in Canada. Testing and getting the results in Canada are faster. Now it all depends cic Delhi when they will be contacting us for the appointment...

Hi ravi, Do you have any idea how long it will take after the DNA testing as you were saying that you know couple of families who had gone through DNA testing? Or could they ask next?

We are 5 years apart. The only thing is I did my schooling the whole time in Hostel and he did at my parents place.Other than that I couldn't see any reason.

Asked for DNA testing for my parents and dependent child today.....God knows what they are gonna ask next.....

I am so amazed when i got to know that my mom have to go through more tests because originally my parents got the appointment on November 07 and when i requested them they said they can come on October 26,2016 . Now they got a call to come on November 07 for more tests for my mom. i don't know...

There is another user called preet 123 and she got the medical request one day after me. SO all three of us are on the same track. Fingers crosses. I hope it wont take so long because its already been more than 5 years.

I got medical request today for my parents and the dependent child. File was transferred on 26 july to New Delhi and on august 02 ,2016 they asked for the travel history since they turned 18. Please update my status in the forum. Thanks, Harman
