    I have applied WES from US and send it to Canada via USPS using Express Priority mail on 19th November 2018 and status is till showing "In Transit" in the USPS site. Also, I have contacted them and they told it would have got stucked in the custom section. Anyway would have encountered this...

    I applied this EE using my LMO and got the 600 points along with normal points. Visa officer told that there is no arranged offer for me hence he refused my application.. In Ecas decision made CIC will contact on this concern and then I got, application refused in my CIC next day.. Thanks :)
